Welcome to Flips & Bidz. By accessing or using our website (flipsandbidz.com), participating in our auctions, or providing your contact information for notifications (including SMS), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Flips & Bidz operates an online auction platform where users can bid on and purchase products.
By registering and bidding, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
Flips & Bidz reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.

Users must create an account to participate in auctions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.

All bids placed are final and binding. Bid retractions are not permitted.
The highest bidder at the end of an auction is obligated to purchase the item.
If payment is not completed within the designated timeframe, Flips & Bidz reserves the right to cancel the transaction and ban the user from future participation.

Winning bidders must complete payment within 48 hours of the auction ending.
Payments are accepted through secure third-party processors. Flips & Bidz does not store credit card information.
Any applicable taxes or fees will be disclosed before checkout and are the buyer’s responsibility.

All purchased items must be picked up within 7 (seven) days of the auction’s end.
Failure to pick up items within this period may result in forfeiture without a refund.
Flips & Bidz does not offer shipping unless explicitly stated in the auction listing.
Buyers must bring proof of purchase and valid identification when picking up items.

All sales are final. Returns or refunds are not accepted unless an item is significantly different from its description.
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of pickup.
Flips & Bidz is not responsible for manufacturer warranties or defects.

All items are either new or store returns in opened packaging and may vary in condition.
Item descriptions are provided to the best of our ability; however, errors or omissions may occur.
You are encouraged to schedule a viewing or contact us for more details regarding a specific lot of interest.
All items are sold “as is” with no guarantees or warranties of any kind.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing each item carefully under the “Item Condition Description” section and the attached images.
In case of damage or non-functionality, an appropriate symbol will be displayed on the main image. Errors and inaccuracies are possible. Please contact us or review the return policy for more details.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS notifications related to your account, auctions, or order status.
SMS messages are strictly transactional or informational in nature.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates under any circumstances.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP.”

Users agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent bidding or manipulate auction results;
   
• Use bots, automated bidding software, or unethical bidding methods;
   
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using our platform;
   
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the website’s operations.
   

Violations may result in account suspension, purchase forfeiture, and legal action.

Flips & Bidz provides all items “as is”, with no warranties expressed or implied.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services or products purchased.
Users agree to participate in auctions at their own risk.

Flips & Bidz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and restrict access to its services at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in case of violations of these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA.
All disputes must be resolved in the courts of the State of California.
